Day +54

Bill's doctor visit went great. They were very pleased with his blood work. White cells were right in line, his platlets had rebuilt to a normal reading, his hemaglobin was still low, but they said that will take longer to reproduce. Very pleased. G  vs H was much improved, but he still has it. That is something they watch very closely, so we will be going back every week for a check up. He got to decrease the steroids by 10mg. That tickeled him as they make him really nervous. The blood clot in the calf is alot better also-almost no pain. All in all a good check-up. The doctors told him if everything goes well, he could possibly make OU games by the last of Oct. or first of Nov. That made his day . We still take a day at a time and pray for the best.  He can start walking on the treadmill now and getting his wind back a little at a time. He's still weak, but we can all see alot of improvement in a month , even with the bumps in the road he's had. He's still climbing that mountain-only 46 days to the top! God is good!
