Day+11

It's Monday and still raining. Bill said there was quite a lightning show outside his window last night. His shoulder is some better. The cultures so far have shown no infection, but they are still keeping him on antibiotics as a precaution. The Drs. said this morning that everything still looks good. His counts are still low. Actually, he got two more units of blood today. They explained to us that the counts could continue to fall some more and then expect to start a slow rise and hopefully start to graft in the next week and ahalf. We are all praying for this miracle to happen. He is still feeling good except for the shoulder(which will take time) and he tires out very easy. Still walking alot and out of bed more than in it. He says the food situation is really getting boring. I'll second that. Please keep him in your continued prayers while our waiting game continues.

It's so hard to wait. Patience is not one of my virtues espcially when it comes to my health. Just remember it's a marathon, not a sprint!!! Keep your eyes on the goal.
