Day+16
About 1am this morning, Bill's doctor game in and gave us some great news. HE'S STARTING TO GRAFT! Our prayers are being answered. Still along way to go, but it's the best news we could hope for. On the down side, all his pain in his shoulder and knee have been diagnosed as pseudogout(a form of gout)that affects major joints. He is in extreme pain with his knee and is so swollen that he can't walk on it right now. Started on medrol dose pack this afternoon and hopefully in a few days will see some relief. He's had a time of it, but we were so excited about the good news. Keep cheering him on in your prayers and help him win this game.

AWESOME NEWS! Seems like such a little thing, but it is so good to hear that those lil' cells have found their way and are starting to produce. Sorry to hear about the pain. That can really overpower the good news sometimes, but try to stay positive.
Junior,
Lisa and I are back in the saddle and I'll be up this week to check on you and nurse Nancy! We are so glad and thankful for the progress and great news of the grafting starting to take place. We love you guys and look forward to seeing you in a couple of day.
